The only thing more healthy than eating blueberries is getting out and picking them! Fresh air and fun for the entire family.
Visit Noho Farm, for farm fresh, spray free blueberries. We’re just 2 km north of Levin on State Highway 1 on the right heading north. We are open for Pick Your Own January to mid February. Please check if you are planning a visit. Call us (06 368 0036) for a daily voice message or visit our Facebook page on the morning to check we are open for pick your own. Our normal hours for picking 10am to 4pm. Why are we not open every day for Pick Your Own? We want PYO customers to have a great experience and to be able to pick the best berries. Rain is a bummer for picking blueberries as berries absorb water and therefore easily damage when picked. So we will wait till the berries dry off before opening for PYO. Also, if our bushes are picked out, we'll give them a few days rest to replenish with ripe berries. Always check our Facebook page if you're planning to visit. |
About Noho Farm
Noho Farm is located in the heart of North Horowhenua where it derives its name, 2km north of Levin. We are a working farm. The real secret to our blueberries is the wonderful warm climate and fertile soil that we are lucky to have in the Horowhenua region. Other than blueberries, we grow hazelnuts and limes on the property. We also share our home with our friendly alpacas, pigs and honey bees. |
